Electro-Harmonix Bass Big Muff

Hey guys,

I was wondering, i can't seem to find a smooth fuzz sound, kinda like the sound of overdriven tubes, from this pedal. has any of you achieved a sound similar to that? if so, which were the settings? thank you! I play a squier active jazz V.

Well, one it is not a overdrive...

Try turning the gain way down and mess with the tone as well, just a thought.

I kept the LBM after I got my BBM. Two absolutely different sounds. Got the LBM for a phat, growling fuzz and the BBM on the Dry setting for a more guitar-like distortion on top of my bass.

Although now I sold the LBM and use the BBM on the Bass Boost setting and the Sustain around 2:30... and am bi-amping
