And they don't provide a tool for adjusting the rod. Very disappointing considering the implementation on Sadowsky, Valenti, MusicMan, etc.

It’s been a long search. Mine are here to stayMy Elite V is one of the best playing Fenders I’ve owned. This one stays for the long game and I’m not impressed with the changes made for the Ultra series.

To me the Ultra’s seem like a backwards step. They’ve lost the string through option, the classy bridge and the truss rod wheel.
I thought about that licensing thing, too. But I think Sadowskys do the truss wheel adjustment thing as well. (?)
