Epiphone will never do a faithful Ripper. Gibson barely pulled it off themselves.
I had a Ripper back in the day, great bass, I've always wanted another one.
I have the Epi Thunderbird Classic in Alpine White. The quality and playability still shocks me every time I strap it on. I'd like to see some different models.

Saw an interview with Rex Brown from Pantera, he said something about doing a line of Epiphone basses.
They cut things back dramatically the last year or two after having serious quality control issues. They had some interesting products, though
I just spot on picture, EB 0 is made in Indonesia???

A Rivoli would be cool. Been 21 years since the last Korean ones.
Well, i like the Epiphone Newport with batwing headstock...mines a 65.

I love my Victory Standard and I would be first in line if Gibson or Epiphone ever decided to reissue it. Fantastic basses.
I'd like to see Epiphone reissue the Les Paul Deluxe Bass. I'm sure it won't happen but one can always hope...

Gibson did a Ripper II, I've no idea how good (or bad) it was. I tried a Grabber II, it was not bad by any means but I didn't figure out the pickup was slidable.

Here's an idea. Take the standard Epiphone T-bird bolt-on neck bass. Add the ProBucker 760 pickups and the chrome hardware, including the bridge, that currently comes on the T-bird Vintage Pro. Offer it in the current sunburst but also in white. Sell it for around $500. I'll take one in each color please!
Yea....i had an Epi T bird, couldnt deal with the layout, balance or scale...a short scale non reverse T bird would be cool though...getting old!
