Epiphone EB-0 and EB-3

What are the key differences between these two bass and which would you prefer? Also, are the just 'decent' basses or are they actually pretty good in terms of build quality and sound? One more question, how do they compare with competitors like the Squier Jaguar? (which multiple people recommended recently here on TalkBass when discussing short scale basses.)

The EB-3 is a 34" scale bass, unlike the EB-0 which is 30". The EB-3 also has a bridge pickup. I think Epiphone quality is on par with Squier/MiM Fender.

Worst complaint I've heard is that the EB-3 has some neck dive and the neck humbucker in both basses has low output, but there are replacements available.

Best of luck with the decision!
