Epiphone Explorer-DON'T LAUGH!

Hi everyone,

I picked up what may be the greatest EE ever made;)

Made in the 90's, this baby is in excellent condition and feels

great, with a very comfortable fingerboard. The looks betray

the sound, which is rich and incredibly punchy and clear (I do

use a pick, BTW) I happen to LOVE the looks-I've told you

either love these or hate these. Unlike it's image, you can

use this bass for any style. Well anyway, it's an addition to

my bass family, and highly welcome.

Is there an Explorer club here?

Big fan of the explorer body style here, though I've never owned one. Vs, too. I have one of those super-short scale six strings that Dime played, kind of the best of both worlds.:bassist:

Oddly, I'm not a huge fan of that newish Zakk Wylde body shape. Just a little too far over the top for me.
