Short answer: No, it can't be done, the parts won't fit.
Longer answer: It's doable and no doubt has been done several times, but involves some routing and/or moving the bridge.
The only Fender-ish 20 fret neck I have, is about 15mm longer (~Epi lip) and the heel radius is different. Don't know about the width because the F-ish neck is a 5-stringer, but the scale is close enough (~1mm off). The width of T-bird neck heel is (16th) 56,38mm(2.220")/ (20th) 58.10mm(2.285") so if some-one with a Fender neck can provide the same measurements, the amount of routing can be determined.
BTW, the scale lenght on my Epi T-bird is 863mm vs. 864mm of the F-ish neck.
