Epiphone Thunderbird IV - a few questions

I recently bought said bass from a friend of a friend for the awesome price of £55. It was extremely dusty with a manky fretboard - obviously unplayed and unloved.

Furthermore, there was also a huge MEGADETH sticker whacked on the back of it. Ouch.

Anyways, after cleaning and removing certain awful objects from the bass, it looked great.

However, I have a few issues with it.

Firstly; there are no bridge saddles. I guess the previous owner just lost them (). It is still playable, however I can't easily adjust my action.. Are there any particular saddles that will only fit the Thunderbird's unique bridge?

Secondly, an issue with the bridge itself. The bottom left screw of the tripod is slightly loose, and popped up when I was messing around with the bridge as I had never experienced this type before. Would I be okay to superglue the bottom of this screw back in? It would still leave the ability to adjust the bridge's height.

Finally, and unsurprisingly - neck dive. Man, this thing is heavy! I wouldn't really know how to move the strap holder.. So is there anything else I can do to aleviate neck dive?

Other than these little issues, this bass seems solid. Especially for £55, damn.

I don't know about the saddle question but they do sell aftermarket 3 point bridges with saddles on Ebay.
Aren't the screws threaded in?
Neck Dive....move the strap button to one of the screws in the neck plate. Just unscrew one of those, put the strap button there and screw it down. Or keep the one you have on there and put another one there. They also make a 3" strap extender that moves the balance point for the T-bird.
