Esp/ltd replacement neck.

I have an LTD Surveyor 4.
It's less than 10 years old, but has a lot of miles on it.
In the last year or so, I noticed the neck bend/flexes as I play and move on stage... So much to a point that I can hear it affecting pitch.
The neck responds to truss rod adjustments, so I know it's not loose in the neck.
I do have another bass with no issues, so I'm not stuck, but I don't wanna just shelf my LTD.

I'm looking for recommendations for a solid replacement, and also advice on how to correctly measure the neck and neck pocket for a good fit.
Thanks!

Finding a replacement neck will likely be difficult unless you happen to find someone parting out a similar model or you find someone who can custom build one for you. Have you ever had the bass looked over by a luthier or technician who you could explain your concerns to? If not, I would do that before looking for a new neck.
