Yup. It's the stuff they put on their cheese bread at the restaurants. Wonderful stuff.
Ah, I see. Keighley loves their cheese bread, I'll have to surprise her with some. I won't even let her know I have it, I'll just make some awesome cheese bread and she'll think 'Hmm, why does this taste so familiar?". Genius!
hmmm grilled cheese with a tomato... I've seen grilled cheese made through an actual wheel of cheese, but never a tomato. This coul get interesting.
ok, ok, but in the OTHER type of grilled cheese, there's meat involved.

Well, with that other type of grilled cheese meat would be required, otherwise you'd just be making tacos...

Make sure you get some good, fresh sourdough to put the cheesy-butter on. Good bread makes a big difference.

Man, she hates sourdough. Which is sad, because its my favorite kind of bread.
