Has anyone used these? I contacted Pirastro and they're a special order. I'm going to guess they're probably near 1k.

There's another thread here somewhere where I speculate (i.e. guess) that I remembered (is that vague enough) that Rinat Ibragimov used them for his solos. Absolutely NOT sure of this though!

I'm not sure, if it helps, but I've found a single Eudoxa Solo C String for around $140The single solo A was over $300. I decided against it. I do love the sound and feel of Eudoxa’s, but just can’t justify the cost.
