Eventide Powerfactor issue

Ok so I bought a Cioks Eventide Powerfactor the other day and I just looked at it for the first time. Something caught my eye...

I thought the Eventide pedals ran off of 9v only?? Can anyone explain this to me...

The Factor pedals can run off of 12v as well.
