Finally hammered out a well-rounded routine I like. Thought I'd share:
M/W/F: calisthenics and home gym. Built a decent gym in the basement (dumbbells, resistance bands, tramp, step). House came with a pull-up bar that I need to move, and hope to add a cardio machine (I'd like a treadmill, but it might be a bike). Found
Hybrid calisthenics; love this guys attitude and approach, and lots of variations from easy to advanced.
T/Th/Sa: Mobility. Usually lots of sun salutations, and recently added this
GMB animal movement floor work (bear, frog, crab, monkey.)
Im also doing lots of yard and house chores that provide a great workout (wood stove, pellet bags, reel mower, snow!) We live on a slight incline on a calm county road; I try to do a sprint up the hill daily, weather permitting.
Sunday is usually chore catch-up day, family hike & adventure day, and lots of stretching.
I'm sure this will all change in summer but good routine for the season!
