Extreme fret-buzz

Hi,
This 8 second video will hopefully give you an idea of what's going on...

This is my Modulus Funk Unlimited 4 string made in March 2013, and since then I have raised the strings all the way and added (almost) as much relief into the neck as possible. But there is still way too much buzz and way too high action.
Any ideas of what I can do before I take it to a tech?

It's tough to say without video or detailed photos of your neck and bridge but my first impression from the audio is that you may be plucking too hard and pulling up on the strings. Does the fretbuzz happen when you play other basses with lower action?

Do all strings buzz the same amount? Does it buzz along the entire length of the neck or just one end. If it buzzes at the nut (first few frets) then the truss rod is too tight and the neck needs to straighten out a little. If it buzzes at the body, then the truss rod needs to be tightened a bit. If it buzzes along the entire neck, then your action is too low. Or you're striking the string too hard.
