F Bass 8 string!

PS: Definetly a beauty, but that $$$ increase is steep, not even considering fancy tops...

My guess is retooling. He's only made one of 'em.

I believe that is the room of the collector who purchased the bass. There was a thread on here (or the F-Bass forum) that the player in that pic started. He stated he was visiting this person and got to play it. Apparently, this collector has a few high-end, almost 'untouchable' instruments.

That bass looks so naturtally comfortable to play. Especially for an 8-string.
I cannot wait until I goto the F-bass Factory!!

I'm the one who is not always feel happy with 6+ string basses in both looking and playing, but the 8 string F-bass just catch my eyes!
