This 2008 Carl Thompson "No Frills" bass features a bolt-on neck with 29 frets and a 32" string length. Serial # is 61108. A mahogany neck is combined with a poplar body. The fingerboard is blood wood.
The electronics on this bass consist of a single Kent Armstrong pickup and a standard CT passive circuit. The frets have no wear. This bass has never been gigged and has only seen limited use in a non-smoking home studio. The bass plays beautifully, the action is set very low with no buzzing, and the strings are brand new.
