Oh and a piece of advice for anyone considering this. Ex-gf are NOT friends. Your results may vary, but all of my advice stems from mistakes I have made. I think I actually used that line as a facebook status.

It's already been scientifically proven that Ocean Spray Cran-Raspberry Juice is the elixir of life! Ya'll been doing it wrong for a long time!
Did you know that a lot of Ocean Spray drinks are bottled in New Jersey? Yep. Right in Bordentown, near lovely Trenton....
Keep drinking that stuff bother, and you'll end up either permanently constipated or at the very best, you'll morph into one of the "Jersey Shore" peeps.

There is only one ex on my FB due to very specific circumstances and there will never be any more than that. EVER.
