Falling Asleep

markjazzbassist said:
Do you ever feel like your "falling" or losing your sense of balance?
No. I have felt like I was spinning, but there was always a lot of, uhhh, "beverages" involved ;)

I quite often have trouble falling asleep. If I cannot fall asleep within about 30 minutes, I get up. Do something for a while (maybe surf TB) and then go back to bed.

Luckily, once I fall asleep, I sleep. It takes a lot to wake me up.

What an interesting topic here. Great. Now considering I work nights, it's a little odd for me. I'm pretty much a zombie by the time I get home. So I'll usually have some breakfast, maybe a beer at 7:30am. Then I'll throw on some soft music and I'm out. I love it when it's the end of the week, I'll stay up for about 28-34 hours without any sleep and I can function better than when I've been up for only 14. But the second I lay down, I'm out for like 10-12 hours. My sleeping pattern is really screwed up right now, it's AWESOME!!!:eyebrow:
