I was of the understanding the the NJ Deluxe was a bolt on. Is it a set-neck then?

The NJ Deluxe is normally a bolt on, but it can be ordered as a set neck. The price is the same as for the SC's, which are standard with a set neck.

I think you do if you want to sell anything. When you sell, they accumulate the fees in your account then suck the money from your card at the end of every month. I don't think they'll let you start an auction without first putting a CC on file.
