Yes, he still uses the one shown, its his second one, his first was stolen in the late 60s.

Yeah, but when he started to use the Hofner again in the 80s it had the set list from the last Beatles concert taped on it. But I have noticed that the Hofner he used on the rooftop concert for example, seemed to not has that list. Maybe he had a couple of similar Hofners?

The bass used for the rooftop scene in LIB is the same bass shown, the pickguard was removed in '65/'66, and in some scenes in LIB it sports a "BASSMAN" sticker on the body.

Roger Glover's ..... Ric???
"This is Deep Purple bassist Roger Glover's Rickenbacker 4001, which I worked on in July 1974. Roger asked me to make the bass more quiet, while adding more bottom end. When I asked him what kind of sound he wanted and he said he liked the sound of a Fender Jazz Bass. So I installed a Gibson EB-3 lead pickup in the bridge position. Then I installed two Fender Jazz Bass Pickups, one of which I installed with the reverse poles in the neck position. I wired both pickups for Hum Bucking mode. I also created a new pick guard."
