Just to clarify what I was looking for- cab has nothing to do with it. I am using an OBC115- The issue I have is all derived from the preamp- It's the gain rolling off all low end the more drive it has.
Volume is fine and bottom is good with gain min.
Louder cab and you don't need to turn up the gain so far.
Also remember the tone controls on this amp are cut only so no matter how high you dial them there's no boost, just less cut.
Bass and treble are boost only, mid is cut only.
Might be mids lacking that is losing girth, lack of low end could be the cab.

Most of what I go for is sub-dubby influenced stoner doom tones. Plenty of bottom. ... I just want to retain this fullness all the way through.
Will tube swapping get me where I need to be .
So 0 10 0 is a flat eq?
what muff are you using (there's about 20 versions)? fuzz pedals are known to cut the low end from your signal.
Hi.
Not going to happen with Your current rig for any other use than bedroom levels.
2 or 4 of those TL606's stacked could perhaps get the job done on a gig, but if Your idea about sub-dubby influenced stoner doom tones is the same as mine, even 6 won't.
Because then it's not about the cabs anymore, but the nature of low power MI tube amps.
The deep low end just isn't there.
IMO no, but do try it anyway, we all have different goals.
