I don't have a favorite solo, perse, but Phil Keaggy was a ripping guitarist with exceptional tone and really tasteful style that few have. His solo starts around the 3:40 second mark, but you may enjoy this song from the start.

That's such a good one! That'd be on my tops list for sure.

One that's been stuck in my head for the longest time and I always sing along to the solo is "Alive" by PJ. Love that one!

I remember the first time I heard "Melissa" I was amazed. The slide playing was so pristine I thought the song was 20 years newer than it was.

I think my favorite solo is Richie Sambora in "Bed Of Roses" when I saw them on SNL.
