"The Mission". Unfortunately, it's so good it makes me want to watch the movie, which is also good but extremely depressing.

The Firm and Jurassic Park have always been my 2 fav's

Talk about bad ass, Wang Chung seriously tears it up and knows how to break it down.
Philip Glass' score for that movie that I can't spell or pronounce (help? anyone?) -starts
with a P-is pretty monumental.
Also the "Suspiria" soundtrack by Goblin, a cool Italian prog rock unit from the 70's.

I wish I could've seen some of those older ones in the theaters - all I know is the scene in Stars Wars episode one when Sith choir first comes in I nearly stood up and screamed!!
Man on Fire has the most beautiful score. It's one of my personal favorites. My brothers and I all enjoy it a great deal.
Some other favorites include Little Nicky, Walk the Line, Freaky Friday, and Philadelphia. The Brady Bunch Movie also had some cool songs; I bought it on Amazon for a few cents because I wanted that song of Greg "Johnny Bravo" Brady singing the songs about clowns never laughing (until he met a certain little lady, of course).
Oh! How could I forget Hot Rod and The Brothers Solomon? Those movies are awesome, hilarious, and have some awesome songs. Hot Rod features a bunch of Europe and an awesome John Farnham song. The Brothers Solomon uses John Parr's "St. Elmo's Fire (Man in Motion)" more than a couple of times.

Amelie, that movie is kinda strange but i absolutely love all the music in it, even if i think some songs dont match each scene.

Most of the ones I chose are movies that feature great music, I'm not sure if that is what the OP intended. Also, I avoided musicals and movies about great musicians (like the Ray Charles movie).
