+1! The new 3-knob version is also a really nice OD. Price is right too. One of the few ODs I think works well with bass.

AMZ Minibooster. It's a DIY kit you can buy at muzique.com. Beautiful warm boost pedal based on an old circuit design called a mu amp. You can wire it to give almost line level gain without clipping. I put mine in front of a Lovetone Big Cheese and that distortion box just freaks out...in a good way.

As a one-knob purist, I won't allow it. A box, one knob, one foot switch. LED's are allowed though.
