I voted for Emeril even though his schtick gets old, much like Chris Berman of ESPN.
Used to love watching his show. Ditto Rachel Ray.

Honorable mentions: Michael Symon, Duff, Sunny Anderson, and Bobby Flay. And Claire Robinson is nice to look at.

Since you have the Queen, Julia Child listed, here is more '70s love:

Graham Kerr
Stephen Yan

Occasionally I will tune in to America's Test Kitchen as well

I used to watch Graham Kerr on PBS every day after school. My friends and parents thought I was weird. There's something cathartic about watching these cooking shows that seems to trigger the same dopamine levels I get from cooking a good meal, serving it, and watching others enjoy my creation. I do all the cooking at my home, save for breakfast, which is my least favorite thing and time to cook. It's funny, but I hadn't heard that name (Graham Kerr) in years, probably since I was 10 or 11, but there's no question I owe my love and interest in good cooking at least in some part to watching his show when I was young.

This year I will commit to accumulating spices, maybe even build my own rack, and attempt some dishes I haven't yet. I find many of these shows fascinating, particularly the ones where chefs compete using minimal or unexpected ingredients. Chefs are used to working under pressure and watching them bring their A-game when that pressure is turned up, and seeing what results, is a thing to behold. I didn't vote because I enjoy watching almost all of them.

I'll add a write in vote for Graham Kerr too.

Justin Wilson was not only a chef, but was also a humorist known for his funny story telling. I hear old recordings of him on satellite radio comedy channels sometimes.

And another to add to the missing person list: Jeff Smith, The Frugal Gourmet. He had a show on PBS from 1983 to 1997 and wrote many cook books. He passed away in 2004.

YES! Also Yan can cook, both on PBS when I was a young man. I dug them too much. Long before the celebrity chef phase.

I'm addicted to cooking shows but I wouldn't necessarily put Bourdain in the chef category, at least from a hands on cooking perspective, but he is AMAZING at the travel foodie perspective and gives wonderful insight into the world of a chef. ( I am a Tony fanboi... I have watched everything he has done and own all his books )

Flay might be a damn fine chef on competition shows but he is a one trick pony. His flavor profile occupies one lane. It might be very good but it's one note.

Ramsey can do it all. He's moved beyond the Hells Kitchen bluster and shown himself to be a fine teacher, outstanding chef of many cuisines and is funny as well. I'd say he is my favorite right now.

Isn't she just a spokesmodel?

I don't recall ever seeing her actually cook anything

That could be true, I've seen her introducing items on TV, but may have never actually seen her cook them.

but I've definitely seen Nigella Lawson cooking:

BTW, Padma has a cookbook:

then again, so does Chrissy Teigen:

Had to get that one, since she's half Thai.
