Feeling The "ATK" Love (pics inside)

Mine is just over 10 lbs...I love the neck...wide, flat, and thin (front to back).
Mine is the GC limited edition all black with matching headstock.

I made a thumbrest to add to mine without needing to drill additional holes (not an option for those of you without a PG)

I was just wondering why someone
would buy a HipShot when there are
nice rest at 1/2 the cost.

Is it just the name that cost twice
as much or more?

I just bought a Mahogany thumb rest
for 1/2 the price of a HipShot. To me,
that seems a lot nicer than what
seems to be cheep but expensive
coated metal rest.

Well, people are different dude...get what you want.

BTW, the Hipshot is solid brass and chrome plated...very nicely made, annnddd, the name is NOT on it, so it ain't the name.
