That's a T-Bucket, right?

Those new ‘custom’ bridge pins look awesome!
Some Pix?HI all. I just got a Fender CB-60SCE yesterday as the STOD from MF. Can anybody recommend in inexpensive case or bag that fits it decently? Sweetwater has some certified fit gig bags on their site but they cost more than the bass did...

I'll post them once I get the bass! Looks to be on Friday. I checked Fender's website, and they don't have any dimensions on there. It looks like Fender FAB610 Long Scale Acoustic Bass Gig Bag, P/N 0991535206 is the bag for it, but it looks to be discontinued. I see some on Reverb, I just wanted confirmation it will fit decently. I'll probably give that a shot....Some Pix?
Some dimensions would help.
I've been on a hard case kick for a while buying cases that fir as close as I can find for a snug fit or mostly snug fit.
I can't help you with bags, but I might have a bag or two that I no longer want that might work for you.
I wish MF would send me the Stupid Deal of the Day emails like they used to do.... but maybe not!
Thanks for stopping in!Been quiet here!
Sweetwater has a "certified fit" showing a Gator Icon. Probably costs more than you paid for the bass. When I get home, I can check the gig bag that I have for my Kingman, and see if there's room for the SCE. I suspect they're both about the same overall length. Scale length on the non-V1 Kingman is 30", but with it being 4 inline vs 2x2 headstock, I'd bet they are about the same overall length.I'll post them once I get the bass! Looks to be on Friday. The S/N appears to indicate that this was a B stock or a return/open box item.Got this yesterday and opened it up tonight. Not bad for $199.99! Based on the S/N anybody have an idea of year of manufacture? I would think 2025 but this color isn't on Fenders website. The S/N lookup on their site produced no results.

They may have slapped that on all the SDOTD sales? The S/N appears to indicate that this was a B stock or a return/open box item.
Yeah, MF has that, but they wouldn't be B stock or non-warranty instruments.I’m guessing SDOTD is Stupid Deal of the Day. Doesn’t one of the big online retailers have that?
Is that for certain? I feel like there was a SDOTD for Sterling Stingrays where half of TB got basses with broken tuning keys or something.Yeah, MF has that, but they wouldn't be B stock or non-warranty instruments.
Weird as it was factory sealed from Fender. It was shipped in the unopened Fender box and everything was packaged the same if you would have bought it from Fender themselves. Even had the hanger tag on one of the tuning keys. The S/N appears to indicate that this was a B stock or a return/open box item.
That is odd. Just speaking from experience.Weird as it was factory sealed from Fender. It was shipped in the unopened Fender box and everything was packaged the same if you would have bought it from Fender themselves. Even had the hanger tag on one of the tuning keys.
