Fender AVRI 75 serial number question....

Hello there!

This year I will be 40 years old. I was born in 1975 and a few months ago I was thinking to buy an Fender american 75 Ri. ☺
Because I did not have enough cash I was thinking to buy this 75 ri bass from parts. I searched over the e-bay and I found a fender body. Was written American Fender 75 RI body from 2005. Seller (thestratosphere) has many transactions over the ebay and sells many fender parts. After I got the body I was trying to find over the internet the proof that my bass body is an american fender 75 ri and I could not find anything.
The plate has a number: 01043
On the neck pocket is writen "oct 26 2005".
In the neck pickup cavity is writte: 0055226-734
In the bridge pickup cavity is written: C00862669 and also a small round green sticker with an "E" on it.

My question is how all this numbers proof that this body is an american fender 75 Ri and not a japones or something else.
I was trying with those numbers over the internet to find out but did not succed.
Please let me know if you know more about this.

Stratosphere is a noted Ebay seller, and has countless transactions on ebay and elsewhere, I would assume they know, and are pretty honest, about what they sell.

Personally, if interested, I'd buy that from them with no concern.

Agreed. Stratosphere has been around for a long time, they have an actual website now too...

I got nothing for you on the body but the neck plate is not an AVRI plate. If it was, the SN would start with a V.
That doesn't mean the body isn't, just that the plate you happen to have more than likely didn't come with that body.

I understood... but I need to know if this body is the AVRI and why stratosphere sold me this plate together with body.... What is wrong here?

Body probably legit. Strato has a good rep on Ebay.

The plate in the pic is the correct type and shape of the 75 reissues. Not sure about the serial number though. Google search shows serials without the "V".

Should be a Fender FSR AVRI 75 ? I saw some pics with FSR serial number and I am thinking can be an option. ☺

Looks legit to me. In 2005 the only Fender USA made bass with a 3-bolt neck and the neck-adjusting system was the AVRI 75 RI. Maybe some custom shop models had it too but that's it. The Marcus Miller and the Geddy Lee were made in Japan.

I've bought a few things from Stratos ... I would trust them ... they part stuff out , and really have no reason to try to deceive anyone ... move on ... start building . !!

I understood seller is a trusty one but just want know what proves this body is an american one??? Looks like all serial numbers I have are not matching with an american RI 75.

looks like it was converted or used with a 4 bolt neck at some point ... I know that's not the answer you're looking for ... but it might explain the included 3 bolt neck plate .. ??

here's a pic of a 74 neck joint ( also went from 3 to 4 bolt minus micro tilt )

American or MIJ would be very good ... definitely doesn't look MIC ...

My bad, hadn't noticed that. Definitely reason for some questions.
@ovialexm - Have you removed the metal plate from the neck pocket?

The body came together with metal plate. I did not buy neck yet. The metal plate was in plastic bag (see picture) together with screws. Body and metal plate came together in the same shipping box. Also on ebay when I bought the item I saw all pictures with body and metal plate very clear but did not think to check serial numbers...

0055226-734 - this is the part number for a '75 American Vintage Jazz Bass body, with the "734" being the color - Aged Natural.
