On edit: this is a MIJ one. But esp. the necks on MIJ Fenders are very very good. Have a '75 RI MIJ Fender since 1994. But the price is a bit high for a MIJ. For 100 or 200 more you could find a complete MIJ '75. At first sight I thought he would sell a bass in parts and you bought the body.

Yes is the same seller. I would like stick with american neck if I have american body. I do not mind buy a avri 74 neck since avri 75 is not produced anymore but do not know if 74 neck fits in 75 neck pocket. ☺ Any ideea about that?

I'd say the chance is very high that it fits. Why should they change the size of the neck pocket? And if it doesn't fit exactly, you have a bass that is far closer to the original than any RI version. On the original 70's Fender the necks nearly never fit exactly. That is utterly THE 70's Fender attribut
The neck pocket would be the same, but you'd have to drill the body for a 4-bolt neck and then get a 4-bolt neck plate. If you try to drill the neck for the 3-bolt setup you'll end up hitting the truss rod nut, because it has the adjustment at the base of the neck instead of the headstock bullet.
Since I was born in 75 I will better stick with a avri 75 neck ☺... hope I will find on too.
Sorry I forgot that the '74 didn't have a 3-bolt neck.
But aren't there companies like Allparts who make Fender replacement necks and are authorized through Fender? And he could even legally buy the logos etc.?

Have you looked at The Stratosphere ebay store? They part out Fenders of all styles, so they may have what you need. If you can't find a legit '75 reissue, you may want to look at the Marcus Miller Jazz neck. 3-bolt neck, but most are not US made.
Edit: wow, major brain-fart. Pay no attention to checking the Stratosphere for the original neck! I forgot that you were looking there for the body. The Marcus Miller neck should fit, though. I need more sleep!

I guess the chances are small to find one. How many bodies and how many necks on average are defect? I guess in 99% of the cases it's the neck.
I don't see a problem with a Fender authorized allparts. But if it has to be a Fender USA one, maybe you find a neck from a 60's or 70's original Fender out of the period when the Jazz Basses had binding but before they went to 3-bolts.

You can buy them from Fender, at least the rosewood 70's one on the german Fender page has the headstock-bullet on the top of the headstock!
From the description: Truss Rod Nut: Bullet Style, so you can keep the neck plate and stay with three bolts!
It seems to be the exact same neck as on the US '75 Vintage Reissue Jazz Bass, it even has the period-incorrect smaller logo!

What I believe, is that what you have is an American Fender FSR '75 Jazz Bass in aged natural. These were made in 2013. It has the five serial numbers with no V at the beginning and these were only in the Aged Natural color. Fender had part leave over from their Vintage 75' series with the incorrect 1978 Logo on the headstock. So, after they build the AVRI '74 Jazz Bass they build a Limited Run of the American Fender FSR '75 Jazz Bass in Aged Natural with a maple fretboard and age pearl block markers only. the run was supposed to be for 350 peices and after the run there were still bullet truss Rod's and parts that need to be used up.what happen was they renumbered the neck plates and sold these American model to a big music dealer in Japan and shipped these with unrecorded odd five serial number's. I was told this from fender employee, when I was trying to I.D. my FSR '75.
