Does anyone know if there's a database or just a document that lists the different Fender bass neck interchagibility> Obviously, most of them are, but there are recent ones (like 22-fret basses) which have a different heel and cannot take the standard pattern.
And my specific interest is in what maple necks would fit a 22-fret Jazz Dlx from 1997. For example, would a more recent Jazz or P Dlx neck with 22 frets be a perfect replacement fit? ANd has there ever been a pearl block inlay of such a beast?
