*SOLD* 2008 Fender classic '70s jazz – $615 shipped continental US only
This bass plays great and is set for low action. I'm selling because I've got too many jazz basses and this is one of two classic 70s that I have.
It's like new! The pickguard still has the plastic on it.
Comes with fender deluxe gig bag and will be shipped double boxed.

Is that 'Burst really that brown or tobacco-looking, or is it just the pics. Used to seeing way more red and yellow.

  14. CHUNKY! I like it. Man, if I hadn't just bought this exact bass in a CIJ with an ash body...

i remember you had deduced that the ash body would be more influential than the pickup spacing

  17. Yep, and I'll never know for sure until I hunker down with the MIM version. If I do that, however, I'll need to keep the packing material so I have somewhere to live when my wife kicks me out.

FWIW, the CIJ ash version is an absolute tone machine, a slapper's dream come true.

These have the slightly-pushed-back bridge pickup too, right?
