Fender color ID!

I was wondering if this is a factory color? If so what year was it made and what is it called?

ALSO,

Is this just a regular thumb rest drilled in a different spot? Or was this made for that location?

That basic color has been used by Fender on and off for many years. A few variations and some different names. One that I recall is Daphine Blue. I love the color.

Thumb rest was never located in that location. Either below the strings up to the early to mid 70s, then above the strings for a few years after that.
