Fender Custom Shop Basses?

Hey,

Does anyone own a Custom Shop Bass? Because all basses Fender do come in the same old colours and looks, and I want something individual. If you own a Custom Shop Bass, is it any good? Are they easy to order? etc.

I have an 08 Jazz in Antique Cherry Burst, got it for christmas and man, I am in love. Also have a stock 77 Jazz that I love (despite the micro tilt neck) and have owned many Jazzes, fell in love with the jazz bass first time I picked one up back in 72, even before I played a note on it. The custom shop is the best, sweetest ever .I got mine from a shops stock, so I didn't have experience with actually ordering from Fender.
