This incredible instrument showed up today. As soon as I picked it up, I knew it was special and wow.. is it ever. I get the excitement for these basses now because the Pino signature model is elite. This bass with TI flats on it is the perfect match. The neck is so comfy and look at how dark that fingerboard is. So happy with this.

That is really lovely. It’s great that the bass ships with TI flats - my own CS became a whole new bass when I installed a set. Enjoy!
Excellent! I have ordered TI flats for the first time as well. My CS60 currently wears rounds but I’m hoping she will sound even better with TI’s.
I have a question for custom shop players. I came across a 2 year old Fender Custom Shop for sale but the stamp serial number on then neck plate
And certificates are off. One number should be a 1 but it’s stamped 7. Everything else looks fine. Has anyone seen this? Fender customer care wants $$ to help fix the problem. Thanks

Here are my two Custom shops
2018 Ltd edition 58 P bass in Pablano white and 2022 60s jazz in aged shell pink. I can actually notice a difference in the shell pink from when I first got it. Really enjoy these basses.

I really love it!
yeah I would say it's basically a 66 jazz, but without lollipop tuners. I scored it off here early last year, I am really happy with the bass.
Can't wait to see how it will look after many years of playing.
Two beauty's. Love the tuxedo colors of the 58. The Shell Pink jazz has some interesting appointments. It's unusual to see the exposed grounding strip and unseparated logo from the early 60's but with the block bind neck of late 66. Both cool basses.
Absolutely beautiful. I have a black 66 CS and I have not seen a shell pink one before.
Yeah it's definitely one of those alternate timeline type things the custom shop seems to put out. I believe it's due to the fact it was a special order for a store.

I just picked up my first CS 63’ P bass (Sonic Blue). I played and tried a few custom shops the past few years, but this one has the Mojo!! Once I played it, I knew I had to have it.
