Honestly, yes and no. But I'm not proud of it and would I try to argue that my actions were correct or justified and that I had a right to do so? No, especially in a public forum.
We all do things that are wrong. Does that mean we should just ignore all the laws? It's the old "but everyone does it" argument. I hear it from my high school students all the time, whether it's the issue of cheating or downloading music.
