Fender Dimension bass

There is a new bass get available in my country it calles fender deluxe dimension bass .
Because high end and middle lvl basses are so rare in my country ,I got a lot of messages from friends that this bass got available go and get one .
But I don't know should I buy it .
I hate jazz basses ,feel they lack of bass and don't like sharp high end they usually make .
I like p bass but sadly p bass is not versatle .

So how is this bass ,does it sound good ?
Does is worth price ?

Here some pics from dealer .

The bass name is
Persianfender:
Fender Deluxe Dimension Electric Bass IV Maple neck natural
بیس مدرن با دو پیکاپ هامباکر

And the picture is attached .

Is it a good bass to be main bass because I don't have much bass .does it sound as fat as p bass ?!

Should I pick this or an Ibanez sr 500.
Will the Fender Dimension bass run in a passive mode if the battery for the preamp dies?

I use Yamaha bb415 .
I have the exact bass, same color too. I find the quality and tone of it to be good enough to use in any situation and the playability of it surpasses many Fenders I have played that cost many times more. The only thing I changed was replace the 3 way switch with a blend control. But if you're trying to capture a Precision tone the Yamaha is excellent.

I like my Yamaha sound more than fender p
Much more aggressive ,a powerful b sound .

For the price it's great bass .
One of reason kind of I don't know should I buy the fender dimension .

But the Yamaha is p at the end of day and I want something that have higher quality , although I keep the Yamaha ,I wanna the new bass have better quality and kind of instead of be a starter lvl be an advance bass .
Because of that I don't know choosing the dimension mim as main bass is a good idea .

I have a 2014 Dimension Deluxe 5 string, USA made. I use it often as we play about 30-40 gigs a year, indoors, outdoors, bars, basements and barns. I really like the Dimension and it has a really nice playable neck. It's a nice bass and I am glad I took the chance on buying it.

Fender, for some reason, has stopped producing these. I have no idea why as most people who have them really seem to like them.

I just picked one up for the first time today on the recommendation of the sales guy. I was really impressed with the variety of tones. This was the American Elite version in cayenne. It's on my shortlist now. Probably the best bass I've played of the 15 or so I've tried this week (Ric, Fender J&Ps, Warwick, Ibáñez, Spector).

I tired it .
The sound is great ,the feel is great .it's a lifetime bass and it has good quality .

The thing that stopped me from buying it wss neck size.
It's smaller than p but has same size to p bass .
I have small finger and really bass with thick neck really hurt me and bother me
Like some mtd I tried

The only bad so liked was Ibanez sr and a jazz bass .

The demission bass is great bass with just width of 41 and fatness of a p bass neck .
