Fender Flats (9050) on Lakland Jazz?

Well, to me they do feel thick and chunky. I am surprised as they are only 45-100. DR Sunbeams for example seem light compared to these.

Sunbeams... Of course! Compared to them, all other strings would be considered "bridge cables". :D I tried the Sunbeams 45-105 on my Jazz several years ago and found them to be a bit too loose and flexible for my taste. Again, it's all relative.
