Fender Jaguar or Ibanez SR 650

I’ve got a chance at these two basses. This is the SR650 if you’re not familiar with it. I’ve not been playing long and would like to add a full scale to compliment my Epiphone EBO. What do you think?

^^^That. What @Naviiin said.
Play the Jag and play the Ibby. Those are both different basses. Both good basses. But they are going to feel different, especially on your left hand. Get the one that feels best to you. Jags have a lot of cool factor so you're gonna have a nice looking, nice sounding bass either way. Which one feels better to you? That's what I would do.

I swear by the SR650. One of THEE most versatile Ibanez Basses out there! Pickups are on the aggressive side but the tone controls really make the bass stand out. Lots of flexibility can be had on the 650 with its passive/active controls that you don’t get on a Jaguar.

I’d go with the SR650 for its tonal flexibility and comfortability but if you don’t mind serious neck dive on a Jaguar and can easily recoup some money back if you end up reselling it (because FENDER), go with a Jaguar.
