Fender Jazz control plate

Where do i buy the fender jazz control plate.. and how much would it cost? ( with all the pre amps and stuff on it.. ) i look on ebay its like 10 usd for one ( Chrome Plated Wired Control Plate for Fender Jazz bass | eBay )... im sure it has to be fake then i see ( FENDER JAZZ BASS VARITONE CONTROL PLATE WITH BLEND KNOB | eBay )

How is it a fake ? A fake what ? It says it's a control plate to fit a Fender Jazz (and others). Nowhere does it say it's a genuine Fender part.

The one's on Ebay are aftermarket kit parts, should be okay though.

+1. When you find one you should check back here on talkbass to make sure it will fit. Most aftermarket parts are made to be a direct drop in for Fender basses, but sometimes certain ones don't fit.
