So, what's it worth and what did he pay?

Somewhere he said he paid a couple hundred. That would be fair if it was all MIM. The MIA neck is a bonus.

The tuners are mexican tuners as well.
The only things MIA are the decal and the s/n. My guess is that it is a MIM bass

Truss rod adjustment is at the heel, looks like it's a USA neck..
