Fender Noiseless in Squier Jazz Active Deluxe V?

hey!

does anyone of you know wheather 2 Fender Noiseless 5-String bridge(!)pickups would fit my squier jazzbass (active deluxe V...) without any problems?

i do already know that the squiers stock pickups are same size, so are 2 bridge pickups of course, but will it work with the large string spacing? and will they fit the holes the stock-ones leave?

tryd googling alot, but i could get an answer.

hope anyone can help! (:

(maybe another question on the side:
is the update worth it? (not considering the prize))

why is it odd?

i thought they might not fit due to some basics like them being bigger than the stock-ones, so i had to drill (do you call it like that?), which i dont plan to do.

also i think the squier has quite some string spacing with it, which other fender 5stringers dont, so i thought that might somehow interfere. you know, with the strings not being centered over the 2 magnets and such?!
