Fender Precision bass real or not?

Hi talk bass, I'm new to this site. I need your help, is this bass real or not? I'm thinking of buying it, and I really like the look of it. If it is fake, is it really worth buying? thanks.

For that price ($280 USD) I would take a chance IF I happened to want a P bass with that finish at the moment. Lots of parts basses play as well or better than all-original Fenders of that era. There aren't too many serviceable basses available at that price point.

It isn't. It's a Japanese lawsuit copy from the seventies. If you look close, you'll see the headstock is made from 2 pieces of wood (you'll see a horizontal line underneath the tuners), something Fender never did. The shape of the pickguard is off, you can see it's a decal (wrong curvature),...
