Fender PS 400 Bass Amp & 18” Speaker System

Hey, there is a Fender 400PS Club thread on talkbass, which I've just given a bump. I'll post some pics of mine soon.

Thanks! What a revelation to know that these mega beasts actually existed back in the day when loud rock music was becoming bigger and bigger. I actually stumbled onto the knowledge of the 400PS while reading something on Berry Oakley and his Tractor bass, after someone turned me on to him.

Like so many who owned them...(well, maybe NOT so many. I think I read they only built about 1200 of them)... I'm 70. I played with a horn band doing lotta Chicago and BS&T stuff. The band leader kept telling me I was too loud. Finally he had me go out front while HE played bass. Keeerist! At 60' I think I could feel my pant legs flap, and that was just one cab. Head was heavy as lead, as has been reported here. Moved home, got married, and had no room to store it, so I sold it. Somehow I still have the original rolling stand supplied for the head. Is there a collector among you who'd want it? Still got most of the chrome, but also 50 years of songs. I got a couple pics of y'all know anyone interested.

I know this is a shot in the dark, but do you still have the rolling stand that you mentioned above? If so, where are you located? Thanks.
