Fender R.A.D. Bass

I have a Fender R.A.D. Bass made in USA amp.
I bought it at 1994 and it's still working perfect, but I don't know if it is called a good model, because I don't know many things about amps.
I would like to tell me some opinions about this model.

I still own my RAD Bass combo. It's a great little combo, IME/IMHO. Bass Player did a combo amp shootout in the early 90's, and as I recall, they said that the RAD Bass had the best tone of the bunch, it just didn't get very loud.

I recently did a combo shootout of my own, and I thought the Fender fared pretty well, though it didn't really shine on 5-string basses.

Again, you have a great amp on your hands, IMHO.

I have the grey model that has a 1x10 speaker and 75 watts. It's been my main practice amp for years. I will never part with it! I do wish it were louder though. I can cop some really good tones. Plus I belive it is one of the last USA made practice amps.

if you still have the amp, you can get much more of everything by pushing any 2 buttons in simultaneously.

What are the specs on the black RAD with 25w? There is a local one for $100.00. Guessing it weighs a ton, though. Interested in know speaker size if anyone knows - thanks.

8" Speaker. While it is heavy for its size, it is not difficult to move at all. Interestingly, that is what I paid for mine, new, back in 1989/1990.

I have various Rumbles now (8" 15w, 8" 25w, 10" 40w, 12" 100w) and all are super light (compared to my Ampeg BA115 combo main gig amp 15" 100w) and sound decent except the 15w. I was hoping to replace the 15w but I'm guessing that the 25w and 40w have that covered...thanks!

Those old, small Fender practice amps sound great.

I had a Fender BXR 25 that sounded really good, and I still have an old Bassman 25 tiltback practice combo that also sounds amazing.
