I can see why an 800 would be a great addition for may players...However, I use a "humble" 500 and with only 1 cab i think its 350 watts and still has a ton of headroom left:)

Hmmm, I wouldn't think they would add mute, speakons, or pre/post xlr out switch, like the Bassmans have, to this value line. But a 2x12 combo and cab, rated at 500 continuous watts at 8 ohms, would make the 800 more viable, since only the Rumble 410 cab now has that rating. Vertically staggered 12s, like the vertically staggered 2x10, would be nice and could weigh less than the 410. And a vertical 4x12 stack with an 800 would definitely be killer!!!

What!? No battery powered Rumble 5 with a 6" speaker for mobile busking? Aw, come on!

Actually if they can keep the weight reasonable a 410 combo with an 800 watt amp built in with Rumble goodness all over it would be fantastic. Would also be a great way to get a painfully loud eight-by-ten stack into a venue without giving yourself a hernia

Hmmm, per the 210 cab vs 500 combo, you can take 4.5 lb.s off the weight of the 410 cab for a 800 combo with 4x10s. Is 58 lb.s reasonable? You could still built a 8x10 with a 800 head and two existing 410 cabs..

OR, the 112 cab weighs just 31 lb.s by itself. Removing a top, or a bottom, oughta lose about 5 lb.s, so. 2 x ( 31 - 5) = 52 lb.s for a 212 cab; -4.5 lb.s = 47.5 lb.s for 212 combo. The 212 cab, with or without the 800 built in, would be an innovative new feature!

I know which one I'd rather haul. :thumbsup:

A 47lb 212/Rumble 800 combo?....that would be a beast of a combo for sure..:)
