The new Rumble Studio 40 and Stage 800 combos are just amazing! I was treated to a sneak peek back in November, and I am so happy that I get to talk about them, now. We gave them a Best of Show Award, and I'm hoping to have something in for review fairly soon. The models are very well done, and everything sounds great, especially the effects. Great stuff!!!!

WOW! Best In Show is high praise indeed. As it stands now, I want a Studio 40, and will unload some equipment in order to get it.

Very interested in the Rumble 800. If it does what I'm hoping for I can def unload some high end cabs and amps/pedals.

Did you record the Rumble's output from the "XLR out" or the "Effects send" ?

All measurements were taken for the 'Effects Send' socket.

Any chance you could also measure the response at the headphone out (which adds Speaker Cab Sim) and Line Out (which adds the HPF and Speaker Cab Sim) then compare the three?

That is correct, but that was for the aux input, I meant the return jack on the effects loop. Although, it would appear that one is designed the same way too.

That can be done just fine. Just to check, the measurements were all taken from my Rumble 500. Jus wanna make sure we're on the right path here .. By 'Line out' I assume you mean the XLR socket? . .

I can do that in any case..

I really wish they would have put the aux further down that way it's not in the direct out path!
