Fender Rumble Club

Hey everyone, I just found out about this club.

I bought this Rumble 30 several years ago when I needed a luggable practice amp to take to a friend's house on occasion. My local GC had this used amp side by side with a brand new one. Both of them sounded the same and I found no signs of wear or blemishes on the used one, so bought it at a nice discount. I really like the sound of this amp and even though it has not left the house in years, I plan to hold on to it.

I think this is a version 2 Rumble. I bought it June, 2011 and that was the current version at the time. Can you guys confirm the version for me?

Also, may I have a club number? The next available number is fine with me.

Thanks!

YES! That is a V2 Rumble 30 (made from 2010-2013), and is the very same Rumble combo that Fender Rumble Club founder, @BumbleB had when she started this club in 2013. Welcome!

Hey!! as an update to my Rumble 500C problem where I sent it back to Fender, a BFN unit was on my front porch when I came home from work yesterday!! From the time it left my hands to when the new one arrived it was 11 days- great turnaround !!
I just wanna say thanks to Paul (the tech) at Fender for the way he handled the situation and kudos to their customer service policies..

And if anyone hasn't read the first year of the Fender Rumble Club, you should. It was a miracle in the making. It's amazing we even exist today.
It’s standing the test of time! When Rumbles first appeared I thought couldn’t be All that good. Boy was I wrong! They always sound so sweet. Great Great Amps combos and cabs!

11 days! I am the one who said anything under 2 weeks would be stellar. I still say that. Glad it got taken care of so fast!!

Had a jam session with some guys today I know from school. Looks like a new band is forming! It’s going to be a wide variety of music but from what I see right now it’s classic blues and rock from the 90’s. The rumble 800 might have been overkill for the garage but considering I can lug it with one hand, I don’t mind taking it to anywheres I play.

Just picked up a used 500c. I am a guitar-player-turned-bass-player. Why did I wait so long?? Love being in the rhythm section. This little box vibrates my innards!
Sometimes you go down other paths 'til you find the right one. I started on piano, played clarinet and sax in h.s., went in the Navy on sax and picked up bass in my last year in the Navy. Only took 15 years to find my true calling.:smug:

I think that knowing how to play guitar first can help some people become really good bass players. And it's always nice that you can look at their hands and know what they're doing. Congratulations on the Rumble 500!
