I should hope it's not unity gain, or you wouldn't be able to hear the bass guitar at all.
Actually have the gain on 9,and the main on 10. bass at3,and all others on 12,with vintage on. Don't have the amp here at home,just remember how I had it set.
That is exceedingly bass heavy, and yes it will stress your woofer greatly. Better to set your bass at noon with no boost or cut and then go into negative EQ and start subtracting treble; high mids, and low mids in that order until you arrive at the desired depth.
Noticed it on active,and passive bass. Going to try it with both of them,when I get a chance.
I put my Rumble 40's bass knob on 3 o'clock today & I was not surprised at all when things rattled.

If you've damaged your driver there is no way around replacement. I am not sure, but I do not think there are rebuild kits to recone the Chinese built Eminence drivers.
I have an extra 15" Peavey Black Widow,if it has the right Ohms. But will check the settings on the amp also.

The Peavey Black Widows are superb. It may or may not work well in your Rumble 200 combo. You can only try. If it works and works well, you've got yourself an entirely new barrel of bottom end badness.
Friend of mine had it,and he just told me his daughter sold in a garage sale,for $5!! I let him try it in one of his amps,and didn't satisfy him? So much for that? Hopefully I can experiment with the settings and solve the rattling? Thanks,for all the help.
I have a blonde 1982 P bass special with matching blonde machine head. It sounds like going back in time with my 200c and 115 extension cab. I'm not good at all. In fact, I played in a band 35 years ago but the other bandmates wanted to party and get stoned all the time while I was trying to improve. Couldn't do it by myself so I quit. Well, now I'm 55 and want to play again so i just plug along.
