Actually have the gain on 9,and the main on 10. bass at3,and all others on 12,with vintage on. Don't have the amp here at home, just remember how I had it set. What is your signal chain, and gain structure? Have you established unity gain?
Active bass?dime the volume,on the bass guitar
That is exceedingly bass heavy, and yes it will stress your woofer greatly. Better to set your bass at noon with no boost or cut and then go into negative EQ and start subtracting treble; high mids, and low mids in that order until you arrive at the desired depth.bass at3,and all others on 12,with vintage on.
Noticed it on active, and passive bass. Going to try it with both of them, when I get a chance.Active bass?

If you've damaged your driver there is no way around replacement. I am not sure, but I do not think there are rebuild kits to recone the Chinese built Eminence drivers. Will try that,Thanks!
I have an extra 15" Peavey Black Widow,if it has the right Ohms. But will check the settings on the amp also.If you've damaged your driver there is no way around replacement. I am not sure, but I do not think there are rebuild kits to recone the Chinese Eminence drivers.
The Peavey Black Widows are superb. It may or may not work well in your Rumble 200 combo. You can only try. If it works and works well, you've got yourself an entirely new barrel of bottom end badness.I have an extra 15" Peavey Black Widow,if it has the right Ohms. Friend of mine had it,and he just told me his daughter sold in a garage sale, for $5!! I let him try it in one of his amps, and didn't satisfy him? So much for that? Hopefully I can experiment with the settings and solve the rattling? Thanks, for all the help. The Peavey Black Widows are superb. It may or may not work well in your Rumble 200 combo. Welcome Rumbler #968! Great rig. Very popular here. Show your love with some pics and tell us about yourself. We'd also like to know which Precision you play through it.Rumble on!
His daughter sounds like mine. Pretty much have to hide things when she comes home for a few weeks, gets board and decides to “clean up” around here.Friend of mine had it,and he just told me his daughter sold in a garage sale, for $5!!
