Fender Rumble Club

OK, GAS is rearing it's ugly (translate: alluring) head. Now here's the thing, I just got one of those R800 heads to use with my 2 210s, the logic being that I could sell the 500 head and recoup about half of the cast of the 800. But NO. GAS is telling me that I might need a backup (I don't gig so this is purely a delusion, yet somehow it makes sense). Now my GAS is telling me that I might need a couple of 115s as backup cabs, especially so that I have mix and match capability. WHERE does it end my friends? I need strength now more than ever.
Yep. You gotta have em!

You will also have greater tonal variety with 210+115; a stacked pair of Rumble 115s, a stacked pair of Rumble 210s; or a pair of 210+115 stacks (yes all four). It's what any sane bass player would want to cover any and all events. It's the right thing to do. Rumble On!
Guess I’m screwed... I’ve got a 500 with a Rumble 410 and 115 cab!

My Rumble 25LT arrived! It only took 20 days. Fender CS was very helpful when I would inquire about it. Usually, when I order from Fender, it's here in a day. Their warehouse is in Ontario, Ca, and I'm in Las Vegas. After a few calls, the nice cats at Fender said they don't know when, or if it will ship. They sent me a cable and pack of strings for my trouble. Another week goes by with no resolution. I'm told they will credit the money back to my card, but keep the order open, and if I receive it, to enjoy the amp on them. My account was credited, and the amp arrived the other day.

Welcome Rumbler #1065! That 200 is one of the most popular models here. 12 seems high for home practice. Where is your gain set? Check out the Tone Pool in the Rumble Wiki pages and see some of the settings there. Rumble on!

Thanks! I meant 12 o'clock with band practice with the 2-10 cabinet. It is nice and loud in the mix. Interestingly enough, I just picked up an early 70s Ampeg V4 and 4-12 cabinet. I plugged the 200 rumble into the 4-12 cabinet and it was amazing sounding! I really did struggle to find the tone I liked with the rumble because it is such a clean sound. It doesn't naturally distort how I want it. I didnt really like the overdrive too much, but I finally played with the overdrive level I got the sound pretty darn close to the sound of the V4. Very surprised. I think the more I mess with the rumble, the more I will like it.

Great deal (for a little delay). How are you liking the LT25? Good sounds, loud enough for home practice? I can never get so lucky...cheers

Was playing “Paranoid” this evening and decided to kick in the drive channel... whoa! Anyone else try playing this song through the drive channel. I don’t usually use a pick for this song but it sounded great! Balls and growl! Thank you Rumble 500 head. Was playing through the Rumble 115. Sounded classic!
I played that one too Saturday night. OD about ten o'clock, bass and low mids at 2ish, what a blast!
