Thank you so much. I’m somewhat a beginner. A bought a gigged with 91 MIM JB in 2009 and got bored rather quickly, at no fault of the instrument. In 2011 I stripped it, repainted, and nitro lacquered it. It was a pretty terrible job, pulling up chunks of laminate from the heat gun. I had no idea what I was doing. It sat in the cigarette soaked case for years and got so dark it almost linked pink. It was gorgeous. So I loaned it someone during the pandemic and he let a friend take it who buffed off all the patina. Sigh. So now I decided to pick back up playing. I threw a model J in it, and just bought a Rumble. Now here I am.View attachment 4831501

Well, I finally found a news article, although it's admittedly a lot like the first one. This article has been linked at the bottom of the new Rumble 800 COMBO sub-section on your Rumble Club Wiki page. This is still great news that Fender is continuing to innovate within its great Rumble line!
I'll continue looking for more Fender announcements or any other articles from the industry press about this great new amp! When I search for "Fender Rumble 800 COMBO" I continue to get mostly links to the Rumble Stage 800! Thanks,7ender, for the confusing model names.

Don't have to trade, Jeb. The FX Send can function as a Tuner Out, though a bit stronger signal.
And some Rumblers prefer to use the Overdrive as a mute switch by turning the Drive and Level knobs both to minimum (7 o'clock). Then, when OD is ON, there's no sound!

Played through the sound man's Rumble 200, then to FOH Sunday and it sounded great!
Nice pic - so is this bass the warmoth 30 scale P body and the 2=2 headstock. Sofar how do you like it

Hey all, I posted in the sub group for the Rumble Stage and studio a while back and figured it was time to join the actual rumble club. The V2 rumble 75w was my first ever amp and from there i've gone to a v2 350 and now a rumble stage 800! I've tried a whole group of other amps and never quite enjoyed them and felt so much of a "plug in and go" as I have with rumble. I'm happy to read along and follow the thread.

Thank you for the welcoming! I wish I had any photos of the rig back when I was on the V2 amps because... well... that was a true beast of tone sort of rig running a stingray 5 through that. As far as bass playing I started playing at around 13 years old and kept at it. Went to music school for a bit and now I gig pretty steady and would love for even more! (As I know most of us do).. As far as the rumble journey I have nothing to say but positive things. They have always held up through everything I throw at them (even my 75 watt was the gigging amp for a long time when I was a teen with no money). Got the stage just do to the variety of ground it could cover and man is that a true statement. It was a bit push and pull just due to the variety of options it offers but after reading everything I could in the applicable forum and diving into the owners manual I have cracked the code and made a sound I am truly proud of. Honestly I wish I could see more people give that amp the credit it deserves as even when I got it bandmates were skeptical as to why I got rid of my markbass rig for this... at least until I turned it on and played it...

I got it for use of "oh i'll just use it when I need to" and now you would have to pry it out of my hands. I love having it.
