well im getting either one used from a friend. so its gonna be around 100 for the rumble 60w OR 150 for fender bassman 100w
only prob is i want my bass to be amplified a lot and idk if the fender bassman would be too small to amplify a lot. i dont wanna b drowned out too much
Why not try them both out with your band to find out which one will cut it (if either of them do).
If neither of them work out then put the P-Bass on hold until you get a proper amp.
At the moment you need a gig-able rig more than a new instrument.
Besides, Yamaha makes a good bass--especially if it's played through a decent amp.

you just know it compromiseses on sound and buildquality. Furthermore it's already cheaper than the bassman and 60 watts is just not enough for gigs.
